IndiaMART InterMESH Limited ਨੇ ਆਪਣੀ ਕਰਮਚਾਰੀ ਸਟਾਕ ਬੈਨੀਫਿਟ ਸਕੀਮ 2018 (Employee Stock Benefit Scheme 2018) ਤਹਿਤ ਇੱਕ ਰੋਜ਼ਾਨਾ ਅਲਾਟਮੈਂਟ ਪ੍ਰਕਿਰਿਆ ਨੂੰ ਪੂਰਾ ਕੀਤਾ ਹੈ। ਇਸ ਤਹਿਤ ਕੰਪਨੀ ਨੇ 56,000 ਇਕੁਇਟੀ ਸ਼ੇਅਰ ਇੰਪਲਾਈ ਬੈਨੀਫਿਟ ਟਰੱਸਟ ਨੂੰ ਜਾਰੀ ਕੀਤੇ ਹਨ।

ਪੂੰਜੀ 'ਚ ਮਾਮੂਲੀ ਵਾਧਾ

ਇਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਸ਼ੇਅਰਾਂ ਦਾ ਫੇਸ ਵੈਲਿਊ (Face Value) ₹10 ਪ੍ਰਤੀ ਸ਼ੇਅਰ ਹੈ। ਇਸ ਅਲਾਟਮੈਂਟ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ IndiaMART ਦੀ ਕੁੱਲ ਪੇਡ-ਅੱਪ ਇਕੁਇਟੀ ਸ਼ੇਅਰ ਕੈਪੀਟਲ ਵਿੱਚ ₹5.60 ਲੱਖ ਦਾ ਵਾਧਾ ਹੋਇਆ ਹੈ। ਹੁਣ ਕੰਪਨੀ ਦੇ ਕੁੱਲ ਆਊਟਸਟੈਂਡਿੰਗ ਸ਼ੇਅਰਾਂ (Outstanding Shares) ਦੀ ਗਿਣਤੀ 6,01,43,148 ਹੋ ਗਈ ਹੈ, ਅਤੇ ਕੁੱਲ ਪੇਡ-ਅੱਪ ਸ਼ੇਅਰ ਕੈਪੀਟਲ ₹60.14 ਕਰੋੜ ਤੱਕ ਪਹੁੰਚ ਗਈ ਹੈ।
