21 ਅਪ੍ਰੈਲ 2026 ਨੂੰ Pari Washington India Master Fund ਅਤੇ ਉਸਦੇ Associate ਦੁਆਰਾ 76,817 ਸ਼ੇਅਰ ਵੇਚਣ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ, CARE Ratings ਵਿੱਚ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੀ ਕੁੱਲ ਮਾਲਕੀ 7.72% ਤੋਂ ਘੱਟ ਕੇ 7.46% ਹੋ ਗਈ। ਇਸ ਟ੍ਰਾਂਜ਼ੈਕਸ਼ਨ ਵਿੱਚ ਫੰਡ ਅਤੇ ਉਸਦੇ Associate ਕੋਲ ਵੇਚਣ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਕੁੱਲ 2,242,150 ਸ਼ੇਅਰ ਰਹਿ ਗਏ ਹਨ, ਜੋ ਕਿ CARE Ratings ਦੇ ਕੁੱਲ ਇਕੁਇਟੀ ਸ਼ੇਅਰ ਕੈਪੀਟਲ (Total Equity Share Capital) 30,047,013 ਸ਼ੇਅਰਾਂ ਦਾ ਹਿੱਸਾ ਹਨ।
