NCLT ची मंजुरी आणि विलीनीकरण प्रक्रिया

National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), कोलकाता बेंचने 27 फेब्रुवारी 2026 रोजी Ramkrishna Forgings Limited ची अमलगमेशन (Amalgamation) योजना मंजूर केली होती. या योजनेनुसार, कंपनीच्या दोन उपकंपन्या - Mal Metalliks Private Limited आणि Multitech Auto Private Limited - आता Ramkrishna Forgings Limited चा भाग राहिलेल्या नाहीत. या दोन्ही कंपन्यांचे कामकाज Ramkrishna Casting Solutions Limited मध्ये यशस्वीरित्या विलीन (Merged) करण्यात आले असून, योजनेची नियुक्ती तारीख (Appointed Date) 01 जानेवारी 2024 होती. ही अमलगमेशन योजना 25 मार्च 2026 पासून अधिकृतपणे प्रभावी झाली आहे.
