FY26 या आर्थिक वर्षासाठी Fabtech Technologies Cleanrooms Ltd. ने आपले ऑडिट केलेले निकाल सादर केले आहेत. कंपनीने कॉन्सोलीडेटेड (Consolidated) स्तरावर मजबूत कामगिरी केली आहे. या वर्षात कंपनीचा एकूण रेव्हेन्यू (Revenue) मागील वर्षाच्या तुलनेत तब्बल 46% ने वाढून ₹21,932.42 लाख म्हणजेच ₹219.32 कोटी वर पोहोचला आहे. यासोबतच, कंपनीचा प्रॉफिट आफ्टर टॅक्स (PAT) देखील 10.5% ने वाढून ₹1,329.56 लाख म्हणजेच ₹13.30 कोटी नोंदवला गेला.

मात्र, दुसरीकडे स्टँडअलोन (Standalone) आकडेवारीत वेगळे चित्र दिसून येते. स्टँडअलोन रेव्हेन्यूमध्ये 2% ची किरकोळ वाढ होऊन तो ₹14,186.13 लाख (₹141.86 कोटी) झाला आहे. पण, स्टँडअलोन प्रॉफिटमध्ये मात्र 24.8% ची घट नोंदवण्यात आली असून, तो ₹905.73 लाख (₹9.06 कोटी) राहिला.

कंपनीच्या संचालक मंडळाने M/s. Bathiya Advisors LLP ची आर्थिक वर्ष 2026-27 साठी नवीन इंटर्नल ऑडिटर (Internal Auditor) म्हणून नियुक्ती करण्यास मान्यता दिली आहे. याव्यतिरिक्त, कंपनीने फेब्रुवारी 2026 मध्ये प्रस्तावित केलेला ₹398.21 लाख (₹3.98 कोटी) चा प्रेफरेंशियल इश्यू (Preferential Issue) अजूनही प्रगतीपथावर असल्याचे सांगण्यात आले आहे.
