पूर्ण मालकीचे फायदे काय?

8 एप्रिल 2026 रोजी, Confidence Petroleum India Ltd ने जाहीर केले की त्यांनी BW Confidence Enterprise Private Limited मधील उर्वरित 50% हिस्सेदारी BW LPG Infrastructure DMCC कडून ₹1,13,42,434.29 (अंदाजे ₹1.13 कोटी) रोख रकमेद्वारे विकत घेतली आहे. हा व्यवहार अंतिम झाल्यानंतर सात दिवसांच्या आत पूर्ण झाला.

या करारानंतर BW Confidence Enterprise आता Confidence Petroleum India Ltd ची 100% मालकीची उपकंपनी (Wholly-owned Subsidiary) झाली आहे. या निर्णयामुळे BW Confidence Enterprise चे कामकाज अधिक सुलभ होईल आणि निर्णय प्रक्रिया वेगवान होईल. तसेच, मूळ कंपनीच्या व्यापक व्यावसायिक उद्दिष्टांशी (Business Objectives) जुळवून घेणे सोपे जाईल. पूर्ण मालकीमुळे Confidence Petroleum ला या उपकंपनीच्या नफ्यावर आणि तोट्यावर 100% नियंत्रण मिळेल.

Confidence Petroleum India Ltd ने FY23-24 या आर्थिक वर्षात अंदाजे ₹2,253.6 कोटी चा एकत्रित महसूल (Consolidated Revenue) नोंदवला आहे. BW Confidence Enterprise ज्या भारतीय LPG वितरण आणि पायाभूत सुविधा क्षेत्रात (Infrastructure Sector) कार्यरत आहे, तिथे Bharat Petroleum Corporation Ltd (BPCL), Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Ltd (HPCL), आणि Indian Oil Corporation Ltd (IOCL) सारख्या प्रमुख सार्वजनिक क्षेत्रातील कंपन्या (PSUs) तसेच Aegis Logistics Ltd सारख्या कंपन्या देखील आहेत.
