NHPC आणि JKSPDCL मधील भागीदारीत बदल

NHPC Limited ने शेअर बाजाराला (Stock Exchange) दिलेल्या माहितीनुसार, CVPPL मधील आपला हिस्सा कमी केला असून, हा बदल SEBI नियमांचे (SEBI Regulations) पालन करत करण्यात आला आहे.

या बदलामुळे आता NHPC CVPPL च्या फायनान्शिअल्सचे (Financials) कमी एकत्रीकरण (Consolidation) करेल. जरी NHPC अजूनही सर्वात मोठा शेअरहोल्डर (Shareholder) असला तरी, त्याचे नियंत्रणाचे बहुमत (Controlling Majority) कमी झाले आहे. याचा अर्थ JKSPDCL चा कंपनीच्या महत्त्वाच्या निर्णयांमध्ये सहभाग वाढू शकतो.

JKSPDCL कडून मिळालेल्या या गुंतवणुकीमुळे (Investment) CVPPL च्या प्रकल्पांना गती मिळण्याची शक्यता आहे, ज्यामुळे NHPC वरील भांडवली भार (Capital Burden) कमी होऊ शकतो. CVPPL प्रामुख्याने जम्मू आणि काश्मीरमधील किश्तवार येथे 2x315 MW क्षमतेचा किरू जलविद्युत प्रकल्प (Kiru Hydroelectric Project) पूर्ण करण्यासाठी स्थापन करण्यात आली आहे.

गुंतवणूकदार (Investors) आता CVPPL च्या धोरणात्मक महत्त्वावर (Strategic Importance) NHPC च्या पुढील वक्तव्यांकडे लक्ष ठेवून असतील, तसेच किरू जलविद्युत प्रकल्पाच्या प्रगतीवर आणि बोर्डाच्या रचनेत होणाऱ्या बदलांवरही त्यांचे बारीक लक्ष असेल.
