KYC अपडेट का महत्त्वाचे?

सेबीच्या (SEBI) नियमांनुसार, सनशिल्ड केमिकल्सने फिजिकल स्वरूपात शेअर्स धारण करणाऱ्या गुंतवणूकदारांसाठी KYC अपडेट करणे अनिवार्य केले आहे. 1 एप्रिल 2024 ही या प्रक्रियेची अंतिम मुदत आहे. या तारखेनंतर KYC पूर्ण न झाल्यास, लाभांश (Dividend) आणि व्याजाचे (Interest) पेमेंट इलेक्ट्रॉनिक पद्धतीने करण्यात येणार नाही, तसेच ते प्रक्रिया पूर्ण होईपर्यंत थांबवावे लागतील. 1 एप्रिल 2024 पासून सर्व पेमेंट्स केवळ इलेक्ट्रॉनिक पद्धतीनेच होतील.

कोणती माहिती आवश्यक आहे?

शेअरधारकांना त्यांचे अपडेटेड KYC डिटेल्स, जसे की PAN कार्ड, चालू संपर्क क्रमांक, बँक अकाउंट डिटेल्स आणि सहीचे नमुने (specimen signature) सादर करावे लागतील.

प्रक्रिया कोण हाताळत आहे?

सनशिल्ड केमिकल्सचे Registrar and Transfer Agent (RTA), MUFG Intime India, या अपडेट प्रक्रियेचे व्यवस्थापन करत आहे. फिजिकल शेअर प्रमाणपत्रे (physical certificates) धारण करणाऱ्यांनी MUFG Intime India कडे त्यांचे अपडेटेड KYC डिटेल्स त्वरीत जमा करावेत.
