One 97 Communications Ltd. (Paytm ची पालक कंपनी) ने आपल्या कर्ज भागीदार (Lending Partners) असलेल्या Muthoot Fincorp Limited आणि Kisetsu Saison Finance (India) Private Limited यांच्यासाठी प्रत्येक भागीदाराला ₹90 कोटी पर्यंतची डिफॉल्ट लॉस गॅरंटी (DLG) मंजूर केली आहे.

ही व्यवस्था फिक्स्ड डिपॉझिट्स (Fixed Deposits) किंवा बँक गॅरंटीजद्वारे (Bank Guarantees) पुरवली जाईल. या DLG मुळे कंपनीला सोर्सिंग आणि कलेक्शन फी (Sourcing and Collection Fees) मिळण्यास मदत होईल, ज्यामुळे कंपनीच्या कर्ज वितरण मॉडेलला (Loan Distribution Model) आधार मिळेल.

स्वतंत्र संचालकांचा राजीनामा

दुसरीकडे, कंपनीचे नॉन-एक्झिक्युटिव्ह स्वतंत्र संचालक (Non-Executive Independent Director) श्री. अशिष रणजित लिलानी (Mr. Ashit Ranjit Lilani) यांनी पुनर्नियुक्तीसाठी (reappointment) आपली संमती मागे घेतली आहे. त्यांचा सध्याचा कार्यकाळ 4 जुलै 2026 रोजी संपणार आहे. यानंतर ते नॉमिनेशन आणि रेमुनरेशन कमिटी (Nomination and Remuneration Committee), स्टेकहोल्डर्स रिलेशनशिप कमिटी (Stakeholders’ Relationship Committee) यांसारख्या महत्त्वाच्या कमिटींचे अध्यक्षपद आणि ऑडिट कमिटी (Audit Committee) व इन्व्हेस्टमेंट कमिटी (Investment Committee) सदस्यत्वावरून पायउतार होतील.
