Okay, so Onix Solar Energy ne plan banaya hai ki woh ₹601.68 Crore tak ka fund raise karenge ek rights issue ke through. Isme shareholders ko naye shares milenge ₹51 ke price par. Agar tumhare paas company ke 17 shares hain, toh tum 8 naye shares buy kar sakte ho. Sirf shareholders ke liye eligibility 15 May, 2026 ko record date par check hogi. March 2025 ko khatam hone wale saal mein total income ₹2,980.62 lakh, profit ₹145.39 lakh, aur net worth ₹541.51 lakh tha.

Ab sabki nazar is baat par hogi ki issue minimum 90% tak subscribe hota hai ya nahi aur rights shares ki listing properly ho jati hai ya nahi. Company inn funds ko renewable energy projects mein kitna achha use karti hai, yeh sab dekhte rehna hoga.
