Emmvee IPO Fund Ka Kaha Hua Use?

Toh bhaiyo aur behno, Emmvee Photovoltaic Power Ltd ne bata diya hai ki March 31, 2026 tak unhone apne IPO se raise kiye gaye ₹2,143.86 crore mein se ₹1,976.25 crore ka hissa use kar liya hai. Abhi bhi unke paas ₹98.93 crore baki hain jo abhi kharch nahi hue hain.

Sabse bada hissa, matlab ₹1,621.29 crore, company ne apne purane borrowings yaani loans ko repay karne mein laga diya. Jabki ₹347.04 crore general corporate needs (yani company ke rozmarra ke kharchon) ke liye use kiye gaye. IPO nikalne ke jo kharche the, usmein ₹76.60 crore lag gaye. Ye saari details company ne apne monitoring agency ki report ke baad share ki hain.

Investors Ko Kya Dhyan Rakhna Hai?

Pehli, ₹4.56 crore ka ek tax deposit tha jo issue expenses ke liye tha, woh abhi bhi pending hai par fixed deposit mein rakha hua hai. Doosri baat, company ne kuch general corporate purposes ke liye jo kharch FY27 mein hone wala tha, woh FY26 mein hi thoda pehle kar liya. Is wajah se FY26 ke allocation se ₹22.04 crore zyada kharch ho gaye.

Emmvee solar energy sector mein kaam karti hai, jahan Waaree Renewable Technologies Ltd aur Sterling and Wilson Renewable Energy Ltd jaise bade players bhi hain.

Ab sabki nazar iss baat par hai ki bache hue ₹98.93 crore ka company aage kaise use karegi aur kya woh apne original plans par hi bani rahegi.
