FY26 ka Final Scorecard
Confidence Futuristic Energetech ne FY26 ke liye apne audited financials release kar diye hain. Unka total revenue ₹158.12 crore raha aur company ne ₹7.00 crore ka net profit kamaya. Q4 FY26 mein bhi performance acchi rahi, jisme revenue ₹55.84 crore tha aur profit ₹6.38 crore nikla. Acchi baat ye hai ki auditors ne bhi financial statements par koi objection nahi uthaya hai, sab clean hai.
Dividend ka Offer
Company ke board ne 5% ka final dividend recommend kiya hai, jo ki ₹0.25 per share banta hai. Ye tabhi milega jab company ke shareholders ise approve kar denge.

Yaad hai, pehle ye Confidence Petroleum India Ltd thi? 2023 mein naam badalkar Confidence Futuristic Energetech ho gayi hai. Ab company ka focus ETFE films aur solar modules jaisi advanced cheezon par hai, especially renewable energy aur building solutions sector mein.
Thoda Debt Bhi Hai
Investors ko ye bhi dhyan dena chahiye ki company par March 31, 2026 tak ₹131.57 crore ka non-current borrowing (loan) tha. Ye amount unke assets aur saal ki kamai ke comparison mein kaafi bada hai, toh company ko isko manage karna hoga.

Confidence Futuristic Energetech ke competitors mein Borosil Renewables (jo India mein akela solar glass banata hai) aur Waaree Energies (ek leading integrated solar module maker) jaise bade players hain.

FY25-26 mein company ka profit margin total revenue par lagbhag 4.43% raha. Ab investors ki nazar shareholders ke dividend vote par, company kaise loan chukayegi is par, aur future growth strategies par rahegi. ETFE film aur solar module business ka performance bhi important hoga.
