Ab poore saal FY26 ki baat karein toh, Puravankara ne apni sabse highest-ever annual sales register ki hai, jo ki ₹7,407 Crore hai. Total revenue 84% badh kar ₹3,846 Crore ho gaya. Aur annual PAT bhi 131% badh kar ₹58 Crore tak pahunch gaya. Full year ka EBITDA margin bhi 21% raha.

Future Growth ka Plan

Future ke liye bhi company ne bohot badi taiyari kar li hai. Saath mein add kiya hai ₹15,200 Crore ka Gross Development Value (GDV) apne projects mein. Sabse badi baat, unhone premium Mumbai redevelopment market mein entry maari hai, jaise Malabar Hill aur Chembur mein projects aa rahe hain. Isse future mein high-margin growth ke naye raaste khul jayenge.

Aage Kya?

Aage chal kar bhi company ko growth ki full ummeed hai. FY27 ke liye sales guidance ₹11,200 Crore ki hai. Agle 12-15 mahino mein 21.02 million square feet ke naye projects launch karne ka plan hai, jisse agli 3-5 saalon mein ₹19,290 Crore ka paisa aane ki umeed hai.
