Demerger ke baad ka naya hisaab-kitaab
Veranda Learning Solutions ne finally wo formula de diya hai jisse aapko apne shares ki cost ko divide karna hai. Commerce business ke J.K. Shah Commerce Education Limited (JSCEL) mein transfer hone ke baad, aapko apne purane investment ko do hisson mein todna padega.
Kya hai naya ratio?
Company ne clear kiya hai ki ab aapko apne original khareed (cost) ko is tarah split karna hai:
- Veranda Learning Solutions (VLS): 64.50%
- J.K. Shah Commerce Education Limited (JSCEL): 35.50%
Iska seedha matlab ye hai ki agar aapne ₹1,00,000 invest kiye the, toh ab ₹64,500 VLS ki cost mani jayegi aur ₹35,500 JSCEL ki.
Ye kyun zaroori hai?
Jab bhi aap future mein ye shares bechoge, toh Capital Gains Tax calculate karne ke liye ye adjustment bahut zaroori hai. Bina sahi cost base ke, aap tax galat calculate kar sakte ho.

- Demerger 31 August 2026 se effective tha.
- 6 October 2026 ko record date set ki gayi thi, jahan 9.65 Crore shares JSCEL ke shareholders ko 1:1 ratio mein mile.
