Toh hua yun ki, National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) ne May 11, 2026 ko Supha Pharmachem Limited ke liye Raju Mangilal Marshiya ko Resolution Professional (RP) appoint kiya hai. Yeh NCLT ka order milne ke baad ab Mr. Marshiya hi company ke Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP) ko handle karenge. Pehle Interim Resolution Professional (IRP) the, ab yeh full charge lenge. NCLT ne yeh decision April 30, 2026 ko CIRP start karne ke baad liya hai.
