Travel Food Services ne Dreamfolks Services par ₹11.40 Crore plus interest ka baki paisa dene ka aarop lagaya hai aur issi baare mein National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) mein petition daal di hai. Lekin Dreamfolks ka kehna hai ki yeh claim galat hai aur woh isey dispute kar rahe hain.
Company ne yeh bhi kaha hai ki unhone iss amount ke liye zaroori provisions kar rakhi hain aur unki financial health ekdum tagdi hai. Woh apne interests ko protect karne ke liye poori koshish karenge aur iss aarop ko reject karenge.
Investors Ko Kyun Dhyan Dena Chahiye?
Agar NCLT ne yeh petition maan li, toh company ke liye ek Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP) shuru ho sakta hai, jo financially distress hui company ko bachane ke liye hota hai. Dreamfolks ka turant response dikhata hai ki woh iss dispute ko handle kar sakte hain. Unka yeh kehna ki finances strong hain, investors ko reassure karne ke liye hai ki operations par koi farak nahi padega.
Aage Kya Dekhna Hai?
Ab sabki nazar NCLT par rahegi ki woh is petition ko admit karte hain ya nahi. Dreamfolks apne legal tareeke se defend karegi. Company ki taraf se yeh clear communication negative market sentiment ko kam karne ki koshish hai. Aage NCLT ke decision par hi sab depend karega.
