NCLT Mein Resolution Plan Ka Chakkar

Resolution plan ki total value ₹252 Crore thi. Secured creditors ko ₹138 Crore ka payment ho chuka hai. Approved resolution plan mein total ₹6 Crore ka payment tha, jabki company ki liquidation value ₹5.66 Crore aur fair value ₹7.99 Crore estimate ki gayi thi. Sabse bada risk yehi hai ki NCLT ne agar breach ko serious mana toh CIRP fir se start ho sakta hai.
