Abans Enterprises ne apna Annual Secretarial Compliance Report FY26 ke liye submit kar diya hai, jo March 31, 2026 tak tha. Company ka kehna hai ki woh SEBI ke rules follow kar rahe hain, sab routine mein theek chal raha hai.

Magar, is report mein ek important baat mention ki gayi hai ki pichhle kuch trading activities ko lekar SEBI ki inquiry abhi bhi jaari hai. Yeh proceedings Securities Appellate Tribunal (SAT) ne October 18, 2024 ko stay kar di thi, yani SEBI filhaal koi action nahi le sakta. Lekin asli chakkar yeh hai ki Supreme Court mein bhi ek Special Leave Petition (SLP) chal rahi hai, jismein SEBI ke settlement terms ko challenge kiya gaya hai. Yeh legal mamla abhi bhi investors ke liye ek bada suspense hai.

Asal mein, yeh SC/ST Notice SEBI ne August 29, 2023 ko Abans Enterprises aur promoter Mr. Abhishek Bansal ko bhej thi. Ilzaam tha Capri Investments Ltd ke shares mein manipulative trading ka. Ab jab tak Supreme Court aur SAT mein iska final decision nahi aata, shareholders ko thoda wait karna padega. Agli hearing date April 7, 2026 ke aas paas note ki gayi hai. Investors ko iss SLP ka outcome aur future hearing dates par nazar rakhni hogi.
