NCLT Allahabad ne Triveni Engineering ki Scheme Mein Sudhar kiya

Dekho, NCLT Allahabad ne May 18, 2026 ko ek rectification order pass kiya hai. Yeh order May 7, 2026 ke original order ko correct karta hai, jisne company ki composite scheme of arrangement ko sanction kiya tha. Is scheme mein Sir Shadi Lal Enterprises Limited ka Triveni Engineering mein amalgamation (milana) aur Triveni ke PTB undertaking ka Triveni Power Transmission Limited mein demerger (alag karna) shamil hai.

Aakhir hua kya tha?

Company ne NCLT Allahabad ko bataya tha ki unke May 7, 2026 ke order mein ek inadvertent error (ankahi galti) thi. Is galti ko theek karne ke liye NCLT ne yeh naya order diya hai. Yeh NCLT ka kaam hai ki woh aise complex corporate restructuring plans ko legal taur par bilkul sahi rakhe.

Wahi, Triveni Engineering ka Pressure Vessel & Heat Exchanger (PTB) wala business alag company, Triveni Power Transmission Limited, mein demerge hoga.

Amalgamation ke liye appointed date April 1, 2025, rakhi gayi hai aur demerger ke liye April 1, 2026.
