NCLT ne ek important order pass kiya hai, jisse Sir Shadi Lal Enterprises, Triveni Engineering and Industries Ltd, aur Triveni Power Transmission Ltd ke beech chal rahe Composite Scheme of Arrangement mein aur clarity aa gayi hai. Yeh order May 18, 2026 ko pass hua hai.

Asal mein, pehle jo order May 7, 2026 ko aaya tha, usmein NCLT se ek chhoti si, anjaane mein hui galti ho gayi thi. Is naye order ka kaam bas ussi galti ko theek karna hai taaki scheme ko bilkul sahi tarike se implement kiya ja sake. Basically, NCLT chahta hai ki jo scheme banayi gayi hai, woh unki original intention ke hisaab se hi aage badhe.

Iska matlab hai ki ab Triveni Group ki restructuring exercise mein koi ambiguity nahi rahegi.
