NCLT ke Ahmedabad Bench ne Shish Industries Ltd ki application ko manzoori de di hai. Iska matlab hai ki ab company ki do wholly-owned subsidiaries, Shish Polylam Private Limited aur Shish Global Solutions Private Limited, parent company ke saath merge ho jayengi. Ye process April 1, 2026 se effective mana jayega.
Investors ke liye kya fayda hai?
Company is restructuring se apni operations ko stream-line karna chahti hai. Isse faltu ke administrative layers hatenge aur compliance costs mein khami aayegi. Sabse badi tension jo investors ko hoti hai—equity dilution—woh yahan nahi hogi, kyunki koi naye shares issue nahi kiye ja rahe hain.

Management ne December 15, 2026 ko equity shareholders aur unsecured creditors ki meeting bulayi hai. Ye meeting Video Conferencing ke zariye hogi jahan scheme par final mohar lagegi. Investors ko bas is meeting ke outcome par nazar rakhni chahiye kyunki ye consolidation ka aakhri regulatory step hai.
