RITES ke Q4 FY26 numbers dekhne layak hain!
Toh hua yun ki RITES ne March 31, 2026 ko khatam hue quarter ke liye apne financial results share kiye hain. Consolidated total income mein 27.71% ka zabardast jump aaya hai, jo pichhle saal ke ₹625.81 crore se badhkar ₹799.21 crore ho gayi. Aur agar poore fiscal year FY26 ki baat karein, toh consolidated income 9.67% badhkar ₹2,524.57 crore par pahunchi, jisme profit after tax ₹454.44 crore raha. Auditors ne bhi results par koi objection nahi jataya hai.
Company shareholders ko kya de rahi hai?
Investor confidence ko boost karne ke liye, RITES ne FY26 ke liye ₹2.75 per share ka final dividend announce karne ka propose kiya hai. Yeh dikhata hai ki company apni financial health aur shareholders ko return dene ke liye committed hai.
Aise numbers kyun aaye?
Quarterly revenue mein yeh tez growth RITES ki consultancy aur EPC services ke liye achhi demand ko show karti hai, khaas kar infrastructure sector mein. Yeh sarkar ke infrastructure par focus karne ka bhi asar hai.
Toh ab kya hoga?
Shareholders ko FY26 ke liye ₹2.75 ka dividend milega. Jo revenue momentum Q4 mein dikha hai, uske aage bhi jaari rehne ki umeed hai. Investors ab IRSDC aur Israeli associate jaise specific investments par nazar rakhenge. Overall, results company ki project execution capabilities ko support karte hain.
Thoda risk bhi hai?
Ek chiz jo notice karne wali hai, woh yeh hai ki standalone total assets FY26 mein thoda kam ho kar ₹5,688.63 crore ho gaye, jo FY25 mein ₹5,897.47 crore the. IRSDC investment ko voluntary liquidate kiya ja raha hai, jo ₹48 crore ka tha. Aur Israeli entity MMG-Metro Management Group Ltd mein jo investment thi, use April 2026 mein write off kar diya gaya, haan, provision poori thi uski.
