Aakhir Q4 Mein Hua Kya?
Chalo pehle saal bhar ki baat karte hain, jo investors ke liye badi khushkhabri hai. FY26 mein Safari Industries ka consolidated revenue 15.10% se badhkar ₹2,071.81 Crore ho gaya. Aur profit toh aur bhi mast, 17.48% badhkar ₹167.76 Crore pahuncha, jo pichhle saal ₹142.80 Crore tha. Ye toh solid growth hai, company operational efficiency mein sudhar dikha rahi hai.
Lekin jab baat aati hai Q4 FY26 ki, toh scene thoda different hai. Yahan company ka total income 12.49% toh badha, ₹480.44 Crore ho gaya. Lekin profit dekho, pichhle saal ke ₹37.59 Crore se thoda kam hokar sirf ₹37.47 Crore raha. Matlab, revenue badhne ke bawajood profit mein koi khaas izafa nahi hua. Isse lagta hai koi cost pressure aa gaya hai, jaise raw material mehnga ho gaya ho ya operating expenses badh gaye hon. Company ka annual total expenses bhi ₹1,614.48 Crore se badhkar ₹1,855.47 Crore ho gaya hai, jise control mein rakhna zaruri hai.
Dividend Aur Future Outlook
Is sab ke beech, company ne khushkhabri dete hue Board of Directors ne final dividend ₹2 per share recommend kiya hai. Ye unke face value ka 100% hai. Isse lagta hai company apne future earnings ko lekar confident hai aur shareholders ko value return karna chahti hai.
Safari Industries India mein luggage aur travel accessories market ka ek bada player hai. Ye log apne company-owned stores aur distribution network ko badha rahe hain, aur premium products par focus kar rahe hain. Lekin sector mein bhi kuch aisa hi trend dikh raha hai; VIP Industries, jo Safari ki competitor hai, usne bhi Q4 mein revenue badhaya par profit thoda gir gaya tha. Toh ye cost pressure shayad sector-wide issue hai.
Investors ko ab management se ye sunna hai ki Q4 mein profit flat kyun raha aur margin improve karne ke liye kya plans hain. Retail expansion aur new products kaise perform karte hain, ye bhi dekhna hoga.
