Safari Industries ke board ne May 19, 2026 ko ek meeting ki aur kuch important governance updates approve kiye hain.

Sabse pehle, board ne Mr. Sridhar Balakrishnan aur Mr. Aseem Dhru ko 5 saal ke liye Non-Executive Independent Director ke roop mein re-appoint kiya hai. Shareholders ki approval milne ke baad Balakrishnan ji ka naya term August 10, 2026 se shuru hoga aur Dhru ji ka term November 1, 2026 se.

CFO Ne Diya Istifa!

Ab baat karte hain Chief Financial Officer (CFO) Mr. Vineet Poddar ki, jinka resignation board ne accept kar liya hai. Mr. Poddar ka last working day June 30, 2026 hoga. Ye company ke financial leadership mein ek bada transition hai.
