PC Jeweller Ltd ne officially 1,18,52,500 equity shares apne Promoter aur MD Balram Garg ko issue kar diye hain. Ye action pehle se issue kiye gaye warrants ke conversion ke baad liya gaya hai. Board ne 23 September 2026 ko is allotment ko green signal diya tha. Ye shares ₹18 per share ke price par issue kiye gaye hain, jisme ₹1 face value aur ₹17 share premium shamil hai.

Promoter ke is kadam se company mein unka voting power majboot hua hai. Ab promoter group ka shareholding badhkar 38.88% ho gaya hai. Company ki paid-up equity capital bhi change hokar ₹977.14 Crore par pahunch gayi hai, jo pehle ₹975.95 Crore thi.
