Is baar TACEL ne financial results mein kamaal kar diya hai. Fiscal year 2026 ke liye company ka Net Profit ₹3,661.09 lakh (yani ₹36.6 Crore) ho gaya hai, jo pichhle saal se 100% se bhi zyada hai! Pichhle saal yeh number ₹1,740.12 lakh tha. Revenue bhi dikhaya hai growth, jo ₹34,308.57 lakh tak pahunch gaya FY26 mein, jabki FY25 mein yeh ₹31,571.70 lakh tha.

Naye Director ka entry

Sirf numbers hi nahi, company ne ek bade appointment ka bhi announcement kiya hai. Mr. E Rajeshkumar ab company ke Whole-Time Director ban gaye hain. Yeh appointment July 8, 2026 se teen saal ke liye effective hoga. Unke paas chemical engineering mein 30 saal ka experience hai.

Insurance Claim aur Recovery ki kahaani

Yaad hai December 2023 mein floods aaye the? TACEL us inventory loss ke liye insurance claim kar raha hai, jo total ₹1,519.99 lakh ka hai. Isme se ₹900 lakh mil chuke hain, baaki pending hai. Company pehle Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP) se guzar chuki hai aur ab recovery ke track par hai.

Thoda negative bhi hai

Par sab kuch acha nahi hai. Profit Before Tax (PBT) actually thoda kam hua hai, jo ₹5,272.34 lakh ho gaya FY26 mein, pichhle saal yeh ₹7,958.90 lakh tha. Total Comprehensive Income bhi gira hai. Iska matlab hai ki operational efficiency badhi hone ke bawajood, kuch expenses ya finance charges badh gaye hain.
