Sun Pharma ki dhamakedar rating! ₹15,000 Crore ke plan ko mila AAA tag

Sun Pharma ke ₹15,000 Crore ke NCD programme ko CRISIL aur ICRA ne 'AAA/Stable' rating di hai. Company ka cash flow solid hai, jo unke bade acquisition plans ko support karega.

AAA Rating ka kya matlab hai?

CRISIL aur ICRA ne Sun Pharma ke proposed ₹15,000 Crore ke NCD (Non-Convertible Debenture) programme ko 'AAA/Stable' rating di hai. Saath hi, purani long-term aur short-term ratings ko 'AAA' aur 'A1+' par maintain rakha hai. Simple words mein kahein toh, company ki financial health top-notch hai aur paisa time par chukaane ka risk na ke barabar hai.

Organon deal aur Debt ka tension?

Company $11.75 Billion mein Organon & Co. ko acquire kar rahi hai. Is deal ki wajah se Net Debt/EBITDA ratio 1.5x se 2.0x tak ja sakta hai FY2028 tak. Lekin fikar ki baat nahi, kyunki Sun Pharma ka cash generation itna strong hai ki wo aaram se apna debt kam karti rahegi.

Business mein kya chal raha hai?

Sun Pharma India mein king hai, jahan se 33% revenue aata hai. Global level par bhi innovative products ka contribution badhkar 22% ho gaya hai. Naye products jaise Leqselvi aur UNLOXYCT US market ke price pressure ko counter karne mein help kar rahe hain.

Investors ko kya watch karna chahiye?

  1. Acquisition Integration: Organon ke integration se synergies kaisi milti hain, wo dekhna hoga.
  2. US Compliance: US manufacturing facilities par regulatory scrutiny bani hui hai, uska update track karna zaroori hai.
  3. Debt Reduction: Deal ke baad debt kitni jaldi kam hota hai, us par market ki nazar rahegi.
