REC ek PSU hai, isliye board members ko appoint karne ka power seedhe Government of India aur Ministry of Power ke paas hai. Company ne exchanges ko request bheji hai ki fine maaf kar do kyunki appointment unke control mein nahi hai. Management ne kaha hai ki woh Ministry ke saath lagatar touch mein hain taaki jaldi se filling ho sake.
