Persistent Systems ka **₹8,000 Crore** ka Debt plan: ICRA ratings toh mili, par ek badi tension baaki hai!

Persistent Systems ko apne **₹8,000 Crore** ke debt ke liye ICRA se credit rating mil gayi hai. Lekin dhyan rahe, agency ne abhi bhi **'Rating Watch with Negative Implications'** hataaya nahi hai.

Debt raising ke liye mila green signal

Persistent Systems ne BSE ko bataya hai ki unhe apne ₹8,000 Crore ke proposed debt instruments ke liye ICRA se rating mil chuki hai. Isme ₹1,000 Crore ka Commercial Paper aur ₹7,000 Crore ke Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) shamil hain. Commercial Paper ko [ICRA]A1+ aur NCDs ko [ICRA]AA+ rating mili hai.

Lekin 'Negative Watch' ka kya matlab hai?

Rating milna achi baat hai, lekin twist ye hai ki company ka long-term issuer rating abhi bhi 'Rating Watch with Negative Implications' ke under hai. Iska matlab hai ki ICRA abhi bhi company ke financial health aur operational outlook par gehri nazar rakhe hue hai. Ye investors ke liye ek caution sign hai ki kuch risks abhi bhi bane hue hain.

Investors ke liye kya hai next steps?

  1. Fundraising: Ab company apne debt issuance process ko aage badha sakti hai. Ye ratings 3 mahine ke liye valid hain.
  2. Compliance: SEBI ke rules ke hisaab se, company ko ab payment process mein 'penny-drop' verification jaisi cheezon ka dhyan rakhna hoga.
  3. Monitor karein: Sabse bada risk wahi 'Negative Watch' hai. Agar company ki debt-servicing capability mein koi problem aayi, toh rating downgrade hone ka risk rehta hai. Isliye aane wale quarterly results aur management ke statements par nazar rakhna zaroori hai.
