Profit toh dikh raha hai, par asli sach kya hai?
Leading Leasing Finance ne September quarter mein ₹1.44 Crore ka net profit post kiya hai. Pichle quarter mein company ko ₹20.36 Crore ka bada loss hua tha, toh wahan se toh ye ek relief ki news hai. Lekin, asli kahani revenue mein chhipi hai, jo pichle quarter ke ₹120.13 Crore se gir kar sirf ₹18.45 Crore reh gayi hai.
Auditor ne uthaye sawaal (Red Flags)
Company ke statutory auditor, S K Bhavsar & Co., ne 'Emphasis of Matter' issue kiya hai, jo governance par bade sawaal khade karta hai. Auditor ne point out kiya hai ki:
- Company ne ₹1.96 Crore ka TDS abhi tak deposit nahi kiya hai.
- Loan aur advances jo diye gaye hain, unka koi verifyable record nahi mil raha hai.
- Shares aur securities ki jo trading hui hai, wo broker ledger ya contract notes se match hi nahi ho rahi hai.
Auditor ka saaf kehna hai ki in discrepancies ka total financial impact abhi calculate karna impossible hai, jo ki ek red flag hai.
Numbers ka khel
Agar hum last year ke same quarter (September 2025) se compare karein, toh profit ₹1.70 Crore se kam hokar ₹1.44 Crore par aa gaya hai. Haalaanki, revenue mein thodi growth zaroor dikhi hai jo ₹11.09 Crore se badh kar ₹18.45 Crore hui hai. Company ka Basic EPS abhi ₹0.03 chal raha hai.
