Aban Offshore ne confirm kiya hai ki unke **₹281 Crore** ke preference shares **2014** se abhi tak redeem nahi hue hain. Company abhi Insolvency (CIRP) process se guzar rahi hai.
Purane zakhm aur naya update
Aban Offshore Limited ne apne non-convertible redeemable preference shares ko lekar ek formal update diya hai. Total ₹281 Crore ke shares abhi bhi outstanding hain, jisme ₹20 Crore ke unlisted instruments bhi shamil hain. Sach toh ye hai ki 2014 se inka koi redemption nahi hua hai aur ye filhal suspension mode mein hain.
Axis Bank ke saath adjustment
Resolution Professional (RP) ne ek aur important baat clear ki hai. Axis Bank ke saath ₹18 Crore ka ek accounting set-off hua hai. Bank ne company ke current account balance ko preference dues settle karne ke liye use kiya tha, jise ab officially books mein record kar liya gaya hai.
Investors ke liye kya matlab hai?
- Insolvency Pressure: Company ka financial stress bahut purana aur gehra hai.
- Asset Adjustment: ₹18 Crore ka set-off ye dikhata hai ki kaise legal framework ke andar purani liabilities ko clear karne ke liye cash balances adjust kiye ja rahe hain.
- Risk Factor: Shareholders ko dhyan rakhna chahiye ki insolvency mein preference shareholders aur common equity holders ki priority kya hogi, ye resolution plan par depend karega.
Abhi company ka sara control Resolution Professional ke paas hai. Agla step yahi hoga ki RP ka final resolution plan kya nikal kar aata hai aur creditors ka settlement kaise hota hai.
