Aisa kya kiya Tata Motors ne?
Tata Motors ne Q4 FY26 ke liye apne financial results reveal kiye hain aur numbers kaafi solid hain! Consolidated revenue 7.2% jump kar ke ₹105,447 Crore ho gaya hai. Is growth ke peeche India mein Passenger Vehicles (PV) segment ka strong performance aur Jaguar Land Rover (JLR) ki recovery dono ka bada role hai. Aur toh aur, company ke board ne shareholders ko khush karne ke liye ₹3 per share ka final dividend bhi recommend kiya hai, bas AGM mein approval mil jaana chahiye.
PBT mein girawat aur Debt ka kya scene?
Abhi ek cheez jo notice karne wali hai, woh hai consolidated Profit Before Tax (PBT) mein giriwat. Yeh exceptional items ko chhod kar ₹3,000 Crore kam ho kar ₹7,167 Crore raha. Dusri taraf, company par consolidated net debt abhi bhi ₹30,700 Crore hai. Is wajah se, Tata Motors ka focus balance sheet ko strong banane aur free cash flow badhane par hi rahega. JLR apni 'Reimagine' strategy par kaam kar raha hai taaki profitability badhe aur electric vehicle transition tez ho. India mein bhi Nexon EV aur Punch EV jaise models se PV segment kaafi acha perform kar raha hai.
Aage kya track karna hai?
Shareholders ko ab AGM mein ₹3 dividend ki approval ka wait rahega. Global economic uncertainties, geopolitical issues, supply chain disruptions aur JLR ke specific challenges jaise cyber security incidents ya China market ki situation par company ki nazar rahegi. Free cash flow generation aur debt levels ko manage karna bhi crucial hoga. Competition mein Maruti Suzuki jiska FY25 revenue ₹134,071 Cr tha, aur Mahindra & Mahindra jiska FY25 revenue ₹255,547 Cr tha, unke comparison mein Tata Motors kaise perform karta hai, yeh bhi dekhna hoga.
