So, agar aapne headline profit number dekha toh laga hoga ki kya mast performance hai, par asal mein ye number demerger ke accounting gain ki wajah se itna bada dikh raha hai. Company ke continuing operations mein ₹1,377 Crore ka loss bhi hua hai, jo ki thoda concerning hai.
Lekin, sab kuch bura nahi hai! Apne standalone passenger vehicle (PV) business mein company ne 17.22% ka revenue growth dikhaya hai, jo ki ek achhi baat hai. Aur Jaguar Land Rover (JLR) ki production bhi normalize ho gayi hai, jo pehle cyber incidents se affect hui thi.
Company ne FY26 ke end tak apna net debt bhi kam karke ₹30.7K Crore kar liya hai, jo ki pehle ₹43,000 Crore ke aas paas tha. Board ne ₹3.00 per share ka final dividend bhi recommend kiya hai.
Jo demerger ki baat chal rahi hai, jismein PV aur Commercial Vehicle (CV) businesses ko alag-alag listed companies mein banaya jayega, usse company ko focus badhane aur value create karne mein help milegi.
Market mein dusre players jaise Maruti Suzuki ne FY26 mein around ₹13,000 Crore profit kamaya hai, aur Mahindra & Mahindra ne roughly ₹15,000 Crore. Tata Motors ke consolidated figures bade hain, par JLR ki wajah se complicated bhi.
Investors ko abhi demerger ke execution par, JLR ke performance par, aur debt kam karne par nazar rakhni hogi. Plus, domestic PV market mein competition bhi ek factor hai.
