Numbers kya bol rahe hain?
Bhai log, FY26 mein Atul Auto ne financials mein ek bada jump dikhaya hai. Standalone PAT (Profit After Tax) pichle saal ke ₹34.79 crore se 53% upar, ab ₹53.71 crore par pahunch gaya hai. Aur agar consolidated PAT ki baat karein, toh yeh toh 135% udaan bhar gaya, jo FY25 mein ₹18.34 crore tha, woh ab ₹43.23 crore ho gaya hai. Yeh sab operational efficiency aur ek strategic move ki wajah se hua hai.
EV pe focus aur Dividend bhi!
Is saal company ne apna 'L5 Division' apne subsidiary Atul Greentech se acquire kiya hai. Yeh ₹3 crore ka deal, jismein slump sale hua hai, woh EV (Electric Vehicle) operations ko streamline karne aur is badhti hui market mein position strong karne ke liye kiya gaya hai. Sath hi, company ke Board ne ₹3.00 per equity share ka final dividend bhi recommend kiya hai, bas shareholders ki approval baki hai.
Aage kya?
Ab market ki nazar is baat par rahegi ki yeh acquired L5 Division ka integration aur performance kaisa rehta hai. Iske alawa, electric three-wheelers ki sales aur management ka EV strategy par outlook bhi important hoga. Competition ki baat karein toh Mahindra Electric, Piaggio Vehicles aur TVS Motor Company bhi is segment mein kaafi active hain.
