Toh bhaiyo, JTL Defence Ltd ka stock ab April 27, 2026 se BSE ke 'Trade-to-Trade' (XT) segment mein phir se trade hona start hoga. Ye sab NCLT ne jo resolution plan approve kiya hai uske baad ho raha hai, jisme company ke equity structure mein bade changes aaye hain.
XT Segment ka Kya Scene Hai?
Bata dun ki XT segment ka matlab hai ki yahan par jitni bhi trading hogi, usme delivery lena compulsory hoga. Matlab, aap intraday mein buy karke sell nahi kar sakte. Ye speculative trading ko control karne ke liye kiya jata hai, taaki sirf delivery-based settlements ho sakein.
Company Ki Kahani Aur Naya Plan
Pehel pehel yeh company RCI Industries & Technologies Ltd ke naam se jaani jaati thi aur isko kaafi financial problems thi. Company November 2022 mein Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP) mein chali gayi thi NCLT order ke baad. Fir JTL Industries Limited ne ek resolution plan diya, jise NCLT ne October 2025 mein approve kiya. Is plan ke tahat JTL Industries ne 95% stake sirf ₹46.50 crore cash mein acquire kiya hai. Isse pehle, auditor bhi company ki future ko lekar serious concerns dikha rahe the ki woh business chalne ki position mein hai bhi ya nahi.
Equity Mein Bade Changes
Company ke shareholders mein bhi bade changes hue hain. Jo shares pehle promoters, unki family, trusts, directors aur KMPs ke paas the, woh sab cancel ho gaye. Ab public shareholders ke paas company ki fully diluted equity ka sirf 5% rahega. Aur haan, 1,00,00,000 equity shares preferential basis par issue kiye gaye hain, jin par April 30, 2027 tak lock-in rahega.
Investors Ke Liye Kya Dhyan Rakhna Hai?
Ab investors ko thoda sabr aur dhyan dono dena hoga. Company ki purani financial problems aur CIRP se pata chalta hai ki management ko abhi bahut kaam karna hai. XT segment mein trading hone se liquidity kam ho sakti hai aur shares buy ya sell karne mein thodi dikkat ho sakti hai. Investors ko company ki future performance, revenue growth aur profitability par bhi nazar rakhni hogi, especially past auditor qualifications aur potential fraud and tax claims ko dekhte hue. Aage dekhte hain ki JTL Industries ka plan kaise work karta hai aur company apne operations mein kaise sudhar laati hai. XT segment se bahar nikal kar normal trading mein wapas aana bhi ek bada step hoga.
