India Gelatine & Chemicals लिमिटेड के बोर्ड डायरेक्टर्स ने ₹10 फेस वैल्यू वाले प्रत्येक फुली पेड-अप इक्विटी शेयर के लिए ₹6 के फाइनल डिविडेंड की सिफारिश की है। यह प्रस्ताव 31 मार्च, 2026 को समाप्त हुए फाइनेंशियल ईयर के लिए है और कंपनी की 54वीं एनुअल जनरल मीटिंग (AGM) में शेयरधारकों की मंजूरी पर निर्भर करेगा।

54वीं AGM मंगलवार, 25 अगस्त, 2026 को वीडियो कॉन्फ्रेंसिंग और अन्य ऑडियो-विजुअल माध्यमों का उपयोग करके वर्चुअल रूप से आयोजित की जाएगी। इस फाइनल डिविडेंड को प्राप्त करने के लिए पात्र शेयरधारकों की पहचान हेतु रिकॉर्ड डेट मंगलवार, 18 अगस्त, 2026 तय की गई है।

कंपनी ने बताया कि यह घोषणा SEBI (लिस्टिंग ऑब्लिगेशन्स एंड डिस्क्लोजर रिक्वायरमेंट्स) रेगुलेशंस, 2015 के अनुसार है।
