शेयरहोल्डर्स की मंजूरी जरूरी

Sarveshwar Foods ने सात अहम प्रस्तावों पर शेयरधारकों से वोट मांगे हैं। इन प्रस्तावों में $100 मिलियन तक का फंड जुटाना और कंपनी का ऑथराइज्ड शेयर कैपिटल मौजूदा ₹160 करोड़ से बढ़ाकर ₹310 करोड़ करना शामिल है।

इसके अलावा, कंपनी अपने उधार लेने की सीमा (borrowing limits) को ₹1000 करोड़ तक बढ़ाना चाहती है और सेक्शन्स 185 और 186 के तहत ₹250 करोड़ तक के लोन (loans) या गारंटी (guarantees) को मंजूरी देना चाहती है।

एफपीआई (FPI) और एनआरआई (NRI) के लिए निवेश आसान

कंपनी नॉन-रेजिडेंट इंडियंस (NRIs) और ओवरसीज सिटिजन्स ऑफ इंडिया (OCIs) के लिए निवेश सीमा को 10% से बढ़ाकर 24% करना चाहती है। वहीं, फॉरेन पोर्टफोलियो इन्वेस्टर्स (FPIs) के लिए यह सीमा 24% से बढ़ाकर सेक्टरल कैप (sectoral cap) तक की जा सकती है।

वोटिंग की प्रक्रिया 16 मई 2026 से 15 जून 2026 तक चलेगी।
