NIIT Learning Systems Limited એ 5 એપ્રિલ, 2026 ના રોજ તેમના Employee Stock Option Plan 2023 હેઠળ 2,000 ઇક્વિટી શેર ફાળવવાની જાહેરાત કરી છે. ₹2 ના ફેસ વેલ્યુ (Face Value) વાળા આ શેરના ફાળવણી બાદ કંપનીના કુલ આઉટસ્ટેન્ડિંગ (Outstanding) ઇક્વિટી શેર કેપિટલમાં નજીવો વધારો થયો છે.

આ ફાળવણીનો મુખ્ય ઉદ્દેશ કર્મચારીઓને પુરસ્કૃત કરવાનો છે. હવે કંપની આ નવા ફાળવેલા 2,000 શેરને સ્ટોક એક્સચેન્જ (Stock Exchange) પર લિસ્ટ કરાવવાની પ્રક્રિયા શરૂ કરશે. આ માટે જરૂરી અરજી સ્ટોક એક્સચેન્જમાં દાખલ કરવામાં આવશે.

ESOPs (Employee Stock Option Plans) એ IT અને લર્નિંગ સોલ્યુશન્સ ક્ષેત્રની કંપનીઓ માટે કર્મચારીઓને જાળવી રાખવા અને પ્રોત્સાહિત કરવા માટે એક સામાન્ય પદ્ધતિ છે. TCS, Wipro, અને Infosys BPM જેવી મોટી કંપનીઓ પણ આ પ્રણાલીનો ઉપયોગ કરે છે.

રોકાણકારો હવે સ્ટોક એક્સચેન્જ તરફથી મળનારી મંજૂરીની રાહ જોઈ રહ્યા છે. આ મંજૂરી મળ્યા બાદ આ નવા શેર ટ્રેડિંગ (Trading) માટે ઉપલબ્ધ થશે.
