Bluspring Enterprises Ltd એ તેના Special Purpose Stock Ownership Plan 2025 હેઠળ 2,79,703 નવા ઇક્વિટી શેર ફાળવીને તેની paid-up share capital માં ₹0.28 કરોડનો વધારો કર્યો છે. આ ફાળવણી બાદ કંપનીની કુલ share capital હવે ₹149.41 કરોડ પર પહોંચી ગઈ છે. કંપનીની Nomination and Remuneration Committee દ્વારા આ મંજૂરી આપવામાં આવી છે. દરેક નવા share ની face value ₹10 છે.
કંપનીએ આ વધારાના share ને stock exchange પર list કરાવવા માટે application દાખલ કરી દીધી છે. આ listing બાદ આ નવા share હાલના share ની સાથે જ trade થઈ શકશે. આ move માત્ર કંપનીના capital base ને વિસ્તૃત નથી કરતું, પરંતુ કર્મચારીઓને retain અને motivate કરવાના incentive તરીકે પણ કામ કરશે.
Iron and Steel Manufacturing અને trading ક્ષેત્રમાં કાર્યરત Bluspring Enterprises એ તેના 2025 Stock Ownership Plan ને કર્મચારીઓના લાભ માટે એક structured approach તરીકે અમલમાં મૂક્યો છે. Iron and Steel industry માં employee stock option ની પ્રથા સામાન્ય છે. Jindal Steel & Power, Tata Steel અને JSW Steel જેવી પ્રતિસ્પર્ધી કંપનીઓ પણ તેમના compensation structure માં આવી plans ને સમાવે છે.
જોકે, નવા share ના issuance થી હાલના share holders ની percentage ownership માં થોડું dilution થશે, કારણ કે કુલ outstanding shares ની સંખ્યા વધશે. આ ફેરફાર કંપનીના financial statements માં પ્રતિબિંબિત થશે. એકવાર list થઈ ગયા પછી, નવા share market માં trading માટે ઉપલબ્ધ બનશે. રોકાણકારો હવે આ newly allotted shares ના official listing અને trading શરૂ થવાની રાહ જોઈ રહ્યા છે.
