JSW Infrastructure એ પોતાની Qualified Institutions Placement (QIP) સફળતાપૂર્વક પૂર્ણ કરી લીધી છે. કંપનીએ 23 કરોડ નવા શેર અને 3.32 કરોડથી વધુ શેરના Offer for Sale (OFS) દ્વારા ભંડોળ એકત્ર કર્યું. શેરનો ઇશ્યૂ ભાવ ₹285 નક્કી કરાયો છે.

JSW Infrastructure Limited એ Qualified Institutions Placement (QIP) સફળતાપૂર્વક બંધ કરવાની જાહેરાત કરી છે. કંપનીની ફાઇનાન્સ કમિટીએ ફ્રેશ ઇશ્યૂ અને ઓફર ફોર સેલ (OFS) બંને માટે શેરની અંતિમ ફાળવણીને મંજૂરી આપી દીધી છે.

ફ્રેશ ઇશ્યૂ ફાળવણી: 23,00,00,000 ઇક્વિટી શેર
ઓફર ફોર સેલ (OFS) ફાળવણી: 3,32,52,427 ઇક્વિટી શેર
ઇશ્યૂ ભાવ: ₹285.00 પ્રતિ શેર
