Zaggle Reports Strong FY26 Results Driven by Acquisitions
Zaggle Prepaid Ocean Services Ltd. has announced its audited financial results for the fiscal year ending March 31, 2026. The company achieved a consolidated revenue of ₹1,907.6 crore (₹19,076.46 million) and a consolidated profit after tax of ₹138.75 crore (₹1,387.55 million). Alongside these results, the company's statutory auditors issued an unmodified opinion on both its standalone and consolidated financial statements, providing assurance on the accuracy of its accounts.
This performance was significantly bolstered by Zaggle's strategic expansion efforts. The company successfully completed the full acquisition of Rivpe Technology Private Limited and Greenedge Enterprises Private Limited, integrating them as wholly-owned subsidiaries. Furthermore, the establishment of 'Zaggle Payments IFSC Limited' signals Zaggle's ambition to develop international financial services capabilities, aiming to enhance its overall service portfolio and market presence.
Zaggle, which made its debut on the BSE and NSE via an Initial Public Offering (IPO) in September 2023, continues to pursue strategic growth avenues. Currently, the company is in the process of acquiring assets from Dice Enterprises Private Limited, a transaction that is pending finalisation. These ongoing efforts are designed to increase operational scale and unlock new revenue streams.
Looking ahead, investors will be keenly focused on several key developments. The finalisation of government regulations pertaining to the Labour Codes remains a significant watchpoint, as these may influence business operations. The successful completion of the proposed asset acquisition from Dice Enterprises is another critical event. Furthermore, the performance and integration of recently acquired entities, Rivpe Technology and Greenedge Enterprises, along with the growth trajectory of the new Zaggle Payments IFSC Limited subsidiary, will be crucial indicators for future performance.
Zaggle operates within India's competitive digital payments and financial services sector. Its peers include prominent players such as One97 Communications Ltd (Paytm), a leading digital payments and financial services platform, and Infibeam Avenues Ltd, which provides digital payment gateway services and builds digital infrastructure for businesses.
