eClerx Services Closes Trading Window for Insiders
eClerx Services Limited has initiated a standard trading window closure for its designated persons, effective April 1, 2026. This closure will remain in effect until 48 hours after the company publicly announces its audited financial results for the fourth quarter and the full fiscal year ending March 31, 2026.
The move aligns with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015. This regulatory requirement is in place to prevent any potential misuse of non-public, price-sensitive information by company insiders and to ensure a fair playing field for all investors.
eClerx Services, a provider of Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) and knowledge process outsourcing (KPO) services, follows common industry practice. Peers in the Indian IT and Business Process Management (BPM) sector, such as Firstsource Solutions and EXLService Holdings, also implement similar trading restrictions before financial result announcements.
Investors will be looking for the company to announce the date of its board meeting, where the audited Q4 and FY26 financial results will be considered for approval. The subsequent official release of these financial figures will mark the reopening of the trading window.
