Arkade Developers Ltd. has announced the closure of its trading window for company insiders and their relatives, effective April 1, 2026. This regulatory measure will remain in place until 48 hours after the firm publicly announces its audited financial results for the quarter and full fiscal year ending March 31, 2026.
The closure adheres to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, a standard practice designed to prevent insider trading. By restricting trades by those with access to sensitive, non-public financial information, the company aims to ensure fair market practices and maintain investor confidence.
Arkade Developers, a Mumbai-based real estate firm known for its residential and commercial projects, operates within this regulated framework. This mandatory compliance step is followed by virtually all listed companies to safeguard against the potential misuse of unpublished price-sensitive information.
During the restricted period, designated employees and their close relatives are prohibited from trading Arkade Developers' shares. This ensures that all investors, including the general public, have access to the same information before any trades occur.
Major real estate developers in India, such as DLF, Lodha Developers, and Prestige Estates, also follow similar protocols, closing their trading windows before announcing quarterly and annual financial results, as directed by SEBI regulations.
Investors will now anticipate the official intimation of the Board Meeting date, which will approve the audited financial results for Q4 FY26. The subsequent announcement of these results will also signal the reopening of the trading window.
