Premier Energies Ltd has scheduled a board meeting for May 4, 2026, where directors will consider approving the company's Second Interim Dividend for the 2025-26 fiscal year.
The company reported strong financial results for the third quarter of FY25-26. Revenue reached ₹1,966.12 crore, marking a 23.7% year-on-year growth. Net profit for the period was ₹391.71 crore, an increase of 71.6% compared to the same period last year. As of June 2025, Premier Energies held a total order book of ₹86 billion.
Premier Energies is a significant manufacturer of solar cells and modules in India, also providing EPC services. The company has been expanding its manufacturing capacity and has secured substantial solar orders, including ₹2,577 crore in Q4 FY26. GEF Capital is an investor in the company.
In line with regulatory procedures, Premier Energies has closed its trading window for shares. This window, which began on April 1, 2026, will remain shut until 48 hours after the announcement of the company's audited financial results. This measure is implemented to prevent insider trading.
