Mahindra Logistics Board Approves Second Term for Director Ameet Hariani
Mahindra Logistics Ltd.'s Board of Directors has approved the reappointment of Ameet Hariani as an Independent Director for a second five-year term. This decision, made on April 23, 2026, will see Hariani serve from May 1, 2027, to April 30, 2032, provided it receives shareholder approval at the upcoming 19th Annual General Meeting (AGM).
Hariani's extensive legal background, which includes over 35 years of experience, is expected to continue providing crucial strategic guidance to the board. He is the Founder and Managing Partner of the law firm Hariani & Co., bringing expertise in corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, and real estate transactions. His advisory experience also covers international dealings, arbitrations, and significant litigation.
This reappointment ensures continuity on the Mahindra Logistics board. Hariani first joined the board as an Additional (Independent) Director on May 1, 2022, with his initial term set to conclude on April 30, 2027. Shareholders will vote on the proposed second term at the upcoming AGM.
