Him Teknoforge Ltd. has resolved to terminate its joint venture with Italian partners, Dinamico Axles & Drive Wheels Private Limited. The company’s board passed a resolution on April 13, 2026, to apply for the JV’s name to be struck off the Registrar of Companies.
The joint venture, incorporated on September 1, 2025, was established with the purpose of marketing hydraulic and electric steering axles and drive wheels in India and Southeast Asian markets. Although Him Teknoforge had approved an initial investment of up to ₹7.20 lakh for a 40% equity stake, this capital was never deployed. Crucially, the JV never commenced significant business operations.
This decision aims to streamline Him Teknoforge’s corporate structure by exiting an agreement that did not progress to an operational stage. It is expected to allow the company to redirect its resources and management attention toward its core, revenue-generating businesses. Him Teknoforge anticipates no financial impact from this termination and has formally informed the BSE.
Him Teknoforge operates in the automotive components sector. Its industry peers include Bharat Forge Ltd., Samvardhana Motherson International Ltd., and Varroc Engineering Ltd.
