Sai Parenterals Reports Strong FY26 Performance with 64% PAT Growth
Sai Parenterals Limited announced significant financial results for the fiscal year ending March 31, 2026 (FY26). The company's standalone Profit After Tax (PAT) surged by 64% year-over-year, reaching ₹17 crore, up from ₹10 crore in FY25. Standalone revenue also saw a healthy increase of 31%, totaling ₹162 crore for the period.
Key Growth Drivers
On a consolidated basis, Sai Parenterals reported total revenue of ₹381 crore for FY26. A major contributor to this performance was the company's Contract Development and Manufacturing Organization (CDMO) segment, which experienced explosive growth with revenues increasing by over 250% compared to the previous year. This rapid expansion in the CDMO sector highlights its increasing importance to the company's overall financial health.
Strategic Expansion Funded by IPO
The company is actively utilizing the ₹285 crore raised from its Initial Public Offering (IPO) in March 2026. These funds are earmarked for critical strategic initiatives, including expanding manufacturing capacities across several facilities, establishing a new Research and Development (R&D) center, repaying debt, and bolstering working capital. The upgrades to manufacturing facilities are expected to be completed between October 2026 and July 2027.
Acquisition Boosts Consolidated Figures
Sai Parenterals also acquired a 74.6% stake in Noumed Pharmaceuticals (Australia/New Zealand) in November 2025, leading to the consolidation of its financial results since that time. This acquisition is expected to contribute to the company's consolidated financial performance.
Looking Ahead: Risks and Focus Areas
Investors will be closely watching the execution of the planned manufacturing and R&D facility expansions, focusing on adherence to timelines and budgets. The successful integration and performance of Noumed Pharmaceuticals will also be a key factor in evaluating the company's consolidated results. Sustaining the momentum in the CDMO segment and contributions from international operations will be critical performance indicators for Sai Parenterals moving forward.
