Emami Limited Reports Q4FY26 Financials
Emami Limited announced its Q4FY26 results, showing a consolidated revenue of ₹925 crore, a 4% decrease from the previous year. The company attributed this decline to unfavorable weather patterns and geopolitical instability in West Asia.
Despite the overall revenue drop, Emami's domestic business, excluding its summer product range, recorded an 11% growth. This performance highlights the underlying strength of its core brands. Gross margins improved to 68.4%, with EBITDA reaching ₹187 crore and Profit After Tax at ₹143 crore.
The company's strategic moves to acquire stakes in Axiom Ayurveda (AloFrut) and IncNut are expected to drive future growth. These acquisitions expand Emami's presence in the healthy beverage and personalized beauty sectors, aiming to diversify revenue and strengthen its market position.
Emami continues to focus on its omnichannel strategy, with organized channels contributing 32% to its domestic business. The company faces ongoing risks from geopolitical factors and seasonal challenges, but its acquisitions signal a proactive approach to navigating these issues and securing future expansion.
