Cubical Financial Services has officially transitioned management following the successful completion of an open offer. Effective October 19, 2026, the company underwent a major board restructuring, with the resignation of the former Managing Director, Ashwani Kumar Gupta, and several independent directors. The Chief Financial Officer, Prakash Chand Sharma, also resigned as part of the transition.

Management and Board Changes

Mr. Manoj Agrawal has been appointed as the new Managing Director for a five-year term. Mr. Amit Kumar Saraogi has joined the board as an Executive Director and will also serve as the new Chief Financial Officer. The board has been reconstituted with five additional directors, including new independent and non-independent members to oversee corporate governance.

Strategic Growth Plans

The company is gearing up for expansion. The board has approved increasing the authorized share capital from Rs 29.51 crore to Rs 47.51 crore, subject to shareholder approval.
