Arman Financial Services Reports FY26 Results
Arman Financial Services Ltd. saw its consolidated net profit climb 8.7% to ₹56.61 crore for the year ending March 31, 2026. This marks an increase from ₹52.07 crore in the previous fiscal year. However, the company's consolidated total revenue from operations saw a decrease, falling to ₹645.87 crore from ₹730.04 crore in FY25.
On a standalone basis, Arman Financial Services experienced revenue growth, reaching ₹217.22 crore compared to ₹185.30 crore in FY25. Despite this increase in standalone revenue, the company's standalone net profit declined to ₹40.61 crore from ₹43.17 crore in the prior year.
In other company news, Mr. Uttam Patel has been redesignated from Company Secretary & Compliance Officer to Company Secretary & Chief Compliance Officer (CCO), effective May 28, 2026. The statutory auditors, Laxminiwas & Co., issued an unmodified opinion on the financial results, confirming their accuracy. Arman Financial Services also stated that proceeds from its Non-Convertible Securities (NCDs) were used as intended, with no significant deviations noted.
